Haniza has experience in various areas of specialisation including building maintenance and property construction, and liquidation engagements. Her expertise in liquidation comprises addressing critical issues stemming from the rigours of dealing with abandoned projects which have contributed largely to our success in reviving those said projects. She joined Radiant in 2007 and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the department.
Ananthi has 9 years of working experience as a Corporate Insolvency Officer and deals with the various aspects of conveyancing and verification matters such as Perfection of Transfer, Subsales and Refinance. With the introduction of the Strata Management Act 2013, Ananthi also has to liaise with the Land Office to verify the ownership with the Land Officer for the process of issuance of the Strata titles.
B.Business Management (Finance) (Hons)

Linda has over 8 years of experience in Conveyancing matters. She handles queries from clients and deals with the various aspects of conveyancing and verification matters such as Perfection of Transfer, sub-sales, and Refinance. Linda also liaises with the Land Office to verify the ownership with the Land Officer for the process of issuance of the Strata titles.
As a Junior Corporate Insolvency Officer, Asmaliyana currently assists the Head of Conveyancing in the release of Strata Titles and is working with the state and local authorities to ensure the clients’ requirements are met. She also maintains a Company database that is operationally efficient and effective.
BSc (Hons) in Property Management

Azrine is holds a BSc (Hons) in Property Management from Universiti Teknologi Malaysia. She is experienced in the field of property recovery and she is responsible for commencement of ownership exercise upon handling conveyancing matters of companies that have been wound up and under Liquidation.

Daasha possesses more than two years of experience in managing post-auction sales, specializing in both LACA (Public Auction) and Charge (High Court Auction) documentation, as well as the verification of Power of Sale (POS) and Memorandum of Transfer (MOT) in her capacity as the existing financier at Alliance Bank Berhad, HQ. She has extensive expertise in drafting legal correspondence on behalf of the Bank in connection with court cases. Furthermore, Daasha handles a wide range of conveyancing and verification matters, including the perfection of transfers, sub-sales, refinancing, and auctions. Additionally, she works closely with the Land Office to confirm ownership details with the Land Officer, facilitating the issuance of Strata titles.
