Hasmahani has over 15 years working experience in compulsory liquidation. She has vast experience in liquidation engagements in compulsory liquidation (court). She is also involved in the Strata application process for the development companies whereby she has a greater experience in liaising and working relationship with local authorities in resolving issues pertaining to the strata application. She has found solutions to numerous issues concerning strata title application. With her good relationship with Malaysian Insolvency Department, she also involves in the agency job assigned by Malaysia Department of Insolvency Malaysia.

As a Corporate Insolvency Officer, she is currently working to enhanced effective administration of abandoned projects. She also has contributed her knowledge in resolving land matters such as Land acquisition, Strata Title application, Amalgamation of land and land conversation. In addition, she works closely with government authorities and other relevant non-Governmental organization to resolve varied conflicts regards the company in liquidation.

Sri is a Computer Science graduate from SEGi College Kuala Lumpur and currently pursuing Bachelor’s in Jurisprudence at University Malaya who has substantial knowledge of engagements where Corporate Rescue Mechanism (CRM) (formal or informal) were used to restructure the debts of companies and traditional liquidation. He also has 8 years working experience in liquidation. He has actively involved in voluntary liquidation, CRM and managed to resolve numerous projects with Strata issues and land matters around Malaysia. He has successfully revived a project through Judicial Management. He also works closely with government & non-government authorities/agencies in regards of companies in liquidation.
Nathan has completed his Business Studies at Goons Institution from 1979 to 1980.He has close to 2 years in the liquidation field and is applying his experience and knowledge in Finance & Administration and Property Management to assist in liquidation engagements. As a CorporateInsolvency Officer, he is currently working under the supervision of Ms.Hasmahani as her mentor who assists the liquidation team involving liquidation-engagements pertaining to effective administration of abandoned projects. Additionally, he attends internal and external meeting when needed. Previous positions held range from Finance & Administration Manager to being Corporate.

Purani has over 9 years’ working experience in a legal firm specializing in litigation, conveyancing i.e insurance claims, bankruptcy proceedings, winding-up proceedings. In the year 2015, she extended herself to corporate insolvency. Her knowledge in Companies Act 1965 & 2016 and companies (winding-up) Rules 2018 led her resolve issues pertaining to the companies in liquidation i.e abandoned project, scheme arrangement, legal issues, sub-sale on behalf of developers’, voluntary liquidation and applications for discharge and release of the liquidators, dissolution of the company. She has also successfully conducted an arrangement under Judicial Management and successfully revived a project.

As a Mass Communication graduate, Shamini has successfully applied her communication skills in various capacities within the liquidation company. These include actively participating in events such as Annual General Meetings, Verification and Strata Briefings. Moreover, she collaborates closely with government authorities to facilitate Strata Title Applications and efficiently oversee diverse projects. This involves managing all aspects from Statutory works to working in tandem with company agents on matters related to Unclaimed Monies and engaging in legal affairs as needed. She is currently pursuing her Master's Degree in Business Administration at University Malaya, Kuala Lumpur.

Sonia is a law graduate with two years of experience working in the liquidation department. In this role, she handles recovering assets of wound-up companies and assisting purchasers in obtaining their individual strata titles. She also works closely with the in-house legal counsel with legal research and drafting cause papers. Since joining the company, Sonia has been exposed to various aspects of the liquidation process and has worked on projects assigned by the Malaysian Insolvency Department (MDI).
